Investigation Services
We provide expertise in trauma informed response and resolution of allegations of sexual, physical, emotional abuse, and other misconduct. Our nationwide investigations team consists of fifty retired FBI, Department of Defense, Secret Service, and local law enforcement professionals. Each of our professionals has decades of experience conducting independent, sensitive, timely, and professional investigations.
Our investigations team is devoted to our country’s Constitutional principles of due process and fundamental fairness to all parties, as we vigorously investigate and adjudicate allegations of abuse or other misconduct.
Hearing Services
Our team of decision makers has more than eighty collective years of judicial experience spent working with military, civilian, and educational institutions on sensitive matters related to abuse. We are equipped to handle controversies from individual rules and ethics up to the largest scale, highest profile and time sensitive hearings.
Our team is well-acquainted with the nuances and complexities of abuse cases and the dynamics of sport. Mediation Services

The informal resolution process allows the parties to address their grievances in a less structured and more cost-effective setting than a formal, contested administrative hearing. Our team of highly experienced and certified mediators is available to facilitate a variety of alternate dispute resolution modes, including mediation, conciliation, negotiation, and restorative justice procedures. Our facilitators are frequently able to assist the parties resolve underlying interpersonal dynamics, resulting in a satisfactory conclusion for the parties, including re-establishing team or gym collegiality and effectiveness.
Background Vetting Services
In this era of strict media and legal scrutiny, your team and organization leaders must ensure that all candidates for positions of prominence have spotless records of personal and professional behavior. Over the past six years, our vetting professionals have conducted background investigations of many of the highest profile collegiate coaching and administrator candidates in the nation.
Unlike most organizational background checks – which are woefully inadequate – our proprietary process starts by accessing and analyzing 3 separate databases, including social media. We then conduct in-person forensic candidate interviews using FBI techniques and methods. We then verify, by in-person interview, the representations made by the candidate. Finally, we frequently conduct secondary/tertiary forensic interviews of additional people to verify the candidate’s trustworthiness.
